FNS: Feminism by Alice Duer Miller

Every Friday night we feature a short story, essay, personal narrative, poem,
spoken word, or short film for your enjoyment.

Tonight’s poem is a Suffragette poem from 1915 called “Feminism” by Alice Duer Miller.

“Mother, what is a Feminist?”
“A Feminist, my daughter,
Is any woman now who cares
To think about her own affairs
As men don’t think she oughter.”
